Due to Coronavirus school guidelines I've suspended my photography services indefinitely to manage my children's education. Copyright policy is still in effect.

Real Estate Photography Services (2020):
Rates effective January 1, 2020
Under 1800 sq. ft. $125.00
1801 to 2400 sq. ft. $150.00
2401 to 3500 sq. ft. $175.00
3501 to 4000 sq. ft. $200.00
4001 to 4500 sq. ft. $225.00
4501 to 5500 sq. ft. $325.00
5501 to 6500 sq. ft. $350.00
6501 to 7500 sq. ft. $375.00
7501 to 8000 sq. ft. $425.00
Travel Fees may apply to any property over 30 minutes from my home.
Elaborate backyards with pools and farm properties will incur additional fees.
Custom pricing can be developed, as needed, for unique properties and/or at the purchaser’s requests.
Additional service opportunities: (These services require different camera equipment so please mention them specifically when scheduling.)
Infrared photography for creative marketing - additional $50 for up to 5 images.
Detailed images such as artistic close-ups on door knobs, fixtures, woodwork - additional $50 for 10 images.
Payment: Photos are not released until payment is made. Once photos are ready an invoice is sent thru the Squareup site. When payment is received, photos are sent as soon as possible.
Scheduling: The preferred method to schedule appointments is via text or phone call to 901-653-9972. Appointments may also be scheduled thru email (christyhunterphotography@gmail.com) or Facebook Messaging.
Turn Around Time: Images will be taken, processed, and returned to the original purchaser within the same business day, unless otherwise specified.
